We have created a beautiful leather organiser which will be personally branded with your venue’s details and images which you can provide as Gifts to brides who have book their reception with you so you can help them navigate their wedding journey.
How it works
We provide key wedding venues with ‘FREE” professionally designed organisers to distribute to their brides to be when they book their big day, which features the venues key trades and services to help them create a memorable wedding. Our team of Local Area Marketing Co-ordinators will sit down with you and help you to design a diary that best suits your brands needs and best interests. We only secure suppliers whom you already have a strong relationship with in order to create a unified community.
Each organiser is tailor made to suit your needs, from menus to table arrangements we make sure nothing is missed as this will become a valuable tool for both the Bride to be and your venue to use to communicate the events planning and proceedings. LocalBride organisers are only available to one venue in each area so they remain special and for your venue they become part of your local competitive advantage.
The Organiser
Our organiser is professionally designed to be unique to each participating venue and including colour schemes and logos to ensure that it uniquely promotes each venue. Our graphic designer will work closely with each client to make sure they are proud of the final result. We understand how hard it is to protect your image and as we only deal with prestigious venues we are used to being provided with and working to style guides.
The organisers are designed to be handed out once the bride has book the venue. We will provide each venue involved with as many organisers as weddings booked so they never have to worry about running out. Our re-ordering process is simple we will pop in and see you on a regular basis which enables you to make changes to your artwork to suit the changing needs of your venue.

This website is currently under construction and will be designed to promote each venue involved making it easy for brides to be to seek out their dream venue. Within each venues webpage the suppliers who sponsor that venues organiser will be featured completing the LocalBride relationships between the bride to be, the venue and the suppliers.
